   As we get closer to the meet, please open all emails with regards to the VA Showcase. Our first meet, the VA Opener, was great but so many people did not know we had answered every possible question prior to the meet. PLEASE share all emails with all of the parents on your team. It will make your parents, coaches, and athletes happier knowing more information!

Coaches Passes & Spectator Tickets

Both of these will go on sale in January. Check out the meet information doc herefor all of the information. When tickets/passes do go on sale the links will be posted here and those links will be posted one week prior to the sale. 

Hotels 

It is not too late to book a hotel, you can book at the link below and guarantee yourself the lowest rate. That means if you book with this code and find something cheaper on Expedia you can show them that rate and get the cheaper of the two. This code also helps show the tourism and visitors bureau the type of tourism track brings to VA Beach, PLEASE USE IT!

 
IF you have already booked you can also call and ask them to put your room into the JEMS VA Showcase block. It is much appreciated and should only take 5 minutes of your time.

The VA Showcase has added entry limits to many of its events. That means some events are going to fill up or are already full, for high school ages only. There are no field size limits to the 14-Under events yet.

HS AGED Events That Will Fill Up Soon: Girls 55mH, Girls 300m Dash, Boys 1000m Run, Girls 1000m Run, Boys 1600m Run, Girls 1600m Run, Girls 4×400m Relay, Girls Shot Put, Boys Triple Jump, Boys Shot Put, and Boys Pole Vault
