Reminder again VA Showcase no practice today Everyone else we will have practice today at Niwot 3:45-5:15pm. Meet on soccer fields

Practice schedule this week for workouts will be the following:
Monday /Wednesday and Thursday at Niwot from 3:45-5:15pm.
No Saturday practice this week because all coaches will be at the VA Showcase. Athletes will be given a workout to do on your own for Saturday.
We will meet below on soccer field or on path by baseball field for warm-up.
Lifting this week at 1440 will be Tuesday
Friday and Saturday will be on your own at the gym
Group 1 6-7pm Tuesday
Group 2 7-8pm Tuesday
Friday and Saturday you can pick your time to lift.
Athletes that are not lifting at 1440 can do the lifting plan at home. You can find the plan in documents on Team app
